Job Responsibility:

Working with the business to manage incidents through their whole lifecycle, including investigating, reporting to regulators (if required), rectifying / remediating (if required), and closing
Providing compliance education and awareness for the Group, supporting an embedment of compliance management across the Group
Provision of compliance advisory services

Requirements:

Experience in insurance business or compliance incidents management role
Previous compliance or legal experience would be highly regarded
Experience with risk management systems
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders
