Your primary area of responsibility will be to assist in supporting Coloplast’s Acute Care businesses and to contribute to the overall development and implementation of our Global Coloplast Group Business Ethics & Compliance program within our North America region. We want to continuously raise the bar and to emphasize our high business ethical standards. This involves partnering with business, managing compliance projects, defining procedures and policies as well as developing business ethics training for colleagues and external partners – both face-to-face training and e-learning.
Job Responsibility:
Manages and partners to implement the Coloplast Code of Conduct, industry Codes of conduct, Coloplast’s compliance management framework, , and other, global, regional, and local policies, tools and systems
Enhances our existing compliance program, helping ensure that we cooperate closely with business managers with the purpose of early identification of compliance risks and to facilitate/align best practices across Coloplast NA
Provides compliance education, training and feedback to NA Coloplast personnel to improve and develop compliance knowledge and efforts
Provides ongoing compliance education and training to improve and develop compliance knowledge and efforts
Provides guidance to various stakeholders regarding compliance questions, issues, and/or implementation of compliance controls
Contributes to strategic global compliance projects

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or risk management in the medical device sector
Ability to work at strategic, tactical and operational levels and execute on decided initiatives
Strong personal integrity and drive
Great attention to detail
Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal and external clients
Strong analytical capabilities and judgment
Solution-oriented and proactive approach that balances commercial goals and business ethics and data privacy risks
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
