Airbus SAS is looking for a Compliance Manager (F/M) to join our Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing and strengthening compliance and export control activities across the business. As a key member of the Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team, you will be involved in managing and supporting internal investigations, aiming at ensuring adherence to legal regulations, protecting Airbus integrity, and maintaining operational excellence across all Divisions and Regions.
Job Responsibility:
Report directly to the Head of Ethics & Compliance Investigations and support the management and investigation of compliance and export control allegations received through internal and external reporting channels
Assess, dispatch, and coordinate alerts received through Airbus OpenLine and other channels, ensuring effective handling and investigation in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Aviation Safety, Procurement, Corporate Audit, Finance, Security, HR, and subject matter experts)
Develop, refine, and continuously improve internal investigation practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance with Airbus standards
Support the onboarding and training of new investigators and deliver best practices through training sessions and awareness initiatives across the function and the wider business
Draft and present monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports to top management, committees, and relevant stakeholders, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations
Support compliance and export control investigators across Divisions and Regions to ensure adherence to Airbus internal investigation practices and provide operational assistance when required
Execute additional tasks related to compliance and export control investigations as delegated by management
Requirements:
Degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance and/or Export Control matters (highly valued)
Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
Demonstrated independence, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
Excellent written and spoken English
Fluent English required
knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus
