Compliance Manager

• Lead and complete compliance inspections across residential services
• Ensure adherence to CQC regulations, legislation, and Prime Life policies
• Produce detailed audit reports and action plans following each visit, including mock inspections
• Monitor outcomes against inspection criteria and provide actionable feedback
• Support Home Managers in meeting regulatory and quality standards
• Promote and embed a strong culture of compliance across the organisation
• Identify potential risks using analytical insight and provide practical, effective solutions
• Deliver a proactive approach to quality assurance to achieve safe and outstanding services
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across departments
• Contribute to the development of the Prime Life compliance tools and systems
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Undertake additional duties and project work as required

• Proven experience within Health & Social Care, including a compliance-focused role
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and fundamental standards
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in auditing and quality assurance processes
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical practice
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong IT skills (including Excel and Word)
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to travel and work unsociable hours, including staying away from home
