• Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks
• Experience in a compliance, risk, or audit role within professional services (preferred)
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• An effective communicator who can engage all staff levels in compliance culture
