Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will drive the development, improvement and implementation of a practical compliance framework for the Asia region, ensuring that the business is in compliance with local and international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to areas of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, third party due diligence, sanctions and data privacy. In this high visibility role, you will partner closely with the global Compliance team and the Asia leadership team to manage potential and current risks and violations. You will also lead the development and delivery of compliance training programs to educate employees and keep the business informed of changes in the compliance and regulatory landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the development, improvement and implementation of a practical compliance framework for the Asia region
Ensure the business is in compliance with local and international laws and regulations (anti-bribery, anti-corruption, third party due diligence, sanctions, data privacy)

Requirements:
Degree qualified
At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in compliance
Strong knowledge of the regulatory and compliance framework in the Asia region
Able to apply practical compliance practices to the business
