As Compliance Lead, you will strengthen the Group’s integrity by aligning business functions, including Finance and People & Culture, with Australian and international obligations. You will lead the Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and third-party risk functions, ensuring rigorous governance across our global operations. Working closely with Legal & Governance, you will proactively identify risks and establish the internal processes required to support our operational integrity and long-term expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Manage compliance programs across all global entities and jurisdictions
Act as primary advisor for People & Culture, Finance and corporate functions
Ensure alignment with Australian and international regulatory requirements
Design and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and reporting structures
Execute end-to-end Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and operational handbooks
Collaborate internally to mitigate risks in operations and supply chains
Report compliance performance and risk insights to senior leadership
Deliver training to drive organisation-wide compliance awareness
Lead audit readiness and manage all compliance reviews
Requirements:
3-5 years in compliance or risk, preferably with international companies
Knowledge of Australian and international corporate, privacy and financial regulations
Experience building and managing compliance and governance systems
Proven background in vendor due diligence or third-party risk
