Job Description:

Lead Compliance for Our Product and Shape Its Future. You’ll take the lead in driving compliance-by-design across our product, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and operates reliably in every market. This role gives you the opportunity to build scalable frameworks, solve complex regulatory challenges, and make a tangible impact on how our product is delivered and trusted. As our Product Compliance Lead, you’ll translate complex global regulations into clear, actionable requirements for our product and technology teams. You’ll monitor regulatory changes, advise on compliance risks, and provide expert guidance that keeps our product fully compliant, resilient, and aligned with our product goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse gaming legislation, regulations and guidelines across international markets
  • Translate regulatory obligations into actionable requirements for Product teams
  • Ensure systems, processes and features comply with jurisdictional requirements
  • Liaise with legal advisors, compliance consultants and regulators as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory trends affecting iGaming products and technology
  • Review and approve compliance for product releases in new markets
  • Maintain compliance frameworks, standards and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement in product compliance practices
  • Serve as the technical compliance expert in cross-functional discussions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ regulatory compliance experience in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated tech sectors
  • Strong understanding of regulation, product design and technology systems
  • Skilled at translating complex regulations into practical business and technical solutions
  • Experience working with product/tech teams in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to liaise with regulators, advisors and cross-functional teams.(preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with software development, data governance and system controls
  • Legal, compliance or tech-related qualifications
