Job Responsibility:

  • Support in managing the documentation and files of the Compliance department
  • Support to develop, maintain and update EDPR's Compliance policies and procedures
  • Support in the management of the Criminal Code Prevention Model and risk control matrix
  • Support in the implementation and performance of the Third Party Integrity Due Diligence procedure
  • Search and analysis of Compliance information, jurisprudence, doctrine and legislation
  • Monitor new legal and regulatory developments and update policies and procedures
  • Maintain updated the Web and Intranet pages of the Department
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, ADE or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Structured and effective presentation/communication skills (written and oral)
  • Motivation and eagerness to learn
