Job Responsibility:
Support in managing the documentation and files of the Compliance department
Support to develop, maintain and update EDPR's Compliance policies and procedures
Support in the management of the Criminal Code Prevention Model and risk control matrix
Support in the implementation and performance of the Third Party Integrity Due Diligence procedure
Search and analysis of Compliance information, jurisprudence, doctrine and legislation
Monitor new legal and regulatory developments and update policies and procedures
Maintain updated the Web and Intranet pages of the Department
Additional duties as required
Requirements:
Degree in Law, ADE or a related field
Fluency in Spanish and English
Structured and effective presentation/communication skills (written and oral)
Motivation and eagerness to learn
