An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator based in Herne Bay. This is a full time office based role: 8:30-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Support the business by keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance standards and aligning company processes and policies accordingly
Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced setting
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
Investigating and making informed decisions in line with our policies
Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role
Requirements:
You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients over the phone and via email
You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success
