We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our healthcare compliance and risk management efforts. This is an administrative, coordination-focused role ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of healthcare compliance who enjoys organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, including our Chief Medical Officer and Director of Operations, to track compliance matters, support issue resolution, and assist with meeting preparation and documentation.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and manage a compliance inbox, including patient grievances and internal incident reports
Track compliance issues from intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and complete documentation
Collaborate directly with leadership to support issue response and escalation as needed
Assist with preparation for compliance and risk management meetings, including agendas, presentations (PowerPoint), and supporting materials
Take meeting notes and assist with follow-up action tracking
Help document compliance-related processes, workflows, and procedures
Support general administrative tasks related to compliance and risk management initiatives
Requirements:
Prior experience in a healthcare, compliance, risk management, or regulated environment preferred
Familiarity with healthcare compliance concepts (HIPAA, patient grievances, incident reporting, etc.) is a plus
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information
