Job Responsibility:
Support the business by keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance standards and aligning company processes and policies accordingly
Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards
Requirements:
Natural 'people' person with exceptional communication skills
Ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients over the phone
Drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success
Dedication to delivering a first-class customer experience
Supporting clients in the end-to-end Anti Money Laundering process
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced setting
