Job Description:

The role of a Compliance Co-ordinator is to support the Housing team by maintaining compliance records, co-ordinating inspections, and preparing compliance reports.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate records, compliance logs, and databases
  • Assist in inspections carried out by the Health & Safety Manager and the wider Housing team
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance enquiries and support regulatory filings
  • Support service improvement initiatives within the team
  • Produce compliance reports and dashboards for senior management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, data-focused, or compliance-related role
  • Experience of collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting data intelligently using appropriate systems/methods in accordance with GDPR
  • Excellent intermediate IT skills and able to use programmes such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Data entry accuracy
  • Thorough attention to detail
