Undergraduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, Hospitality Management preferred
Mumbai, Indian Permanent Resident, or valid student pass
Eligible for undergraduate in a Mumbai registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Maharashtra
Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
A college No Objection Certificate will be required
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment

Job Responsibility

Establish and maintain an open and collaborative working relationship with the internal and external stakeholders

Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, audits, and local labor regulations

2-4 years of compliance related experience within private equity, public equities, investment management, or financial institutions
Possess high attention to detail with an ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines

Understanding of the investment management business and key processes typical to the industry including back-office processes or fund operations
