Job Responsibility:
Ensure adherence to Theramex compliance policies, SOPs, and applicable local regulations across Iberia
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, systems, and global initiatives, ensuring proper integration into business operations
Coordinate with external partners and local stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Draft, review, and manage contracts related to Medical, Marketing, and Commercial activities
Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Medical, Operations, Finance, and Global teams to ensure smooth execution of compliance, reporting, and operational processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of processes across departments
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or business support roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations (codes of practice, transparency requirements, interactions with HCPs)
Experience in contract management and administrative processes
High level of English (mandatory, both written and spoken)
Portuguese is a plus (nice to have)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems (CRM, ERP)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
