Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, the position supports the organisation to remain compliant with regulatory standards across the AOC and CAMO. This role will require close liaison with other staff members within the department and organisation as well as some flexibility in working hours and participation in a coverage rotation. There will also be potential development and training opportunities for the successful candidate looking to develop their career and take on new responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the development and ongoing activities of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, and support delivery of the Audit Plan through the conduct of compliance monitoring audits and inspections
Develop, review and maintain audit checklists in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
Monitor audit findings, coordinate responses from relevant stakeholders, and track corrective and preventative actions to closure
Analyse audit data and produce reports on compliance trends and performance for meetings and presentations
Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) in liaising with the Competent Authority and third-party auditors, including coordination of audits, management of findings, and preparation of responses
Provide project support for departmental improvement initiatives and compliance-related enhancements
Monitor, update, and maintain changes to applicable regulatory requirements, including regulatory publications
Maintain, update, and control the publication of Compliance Manuals and associated documentation
Support the CMM, to develop and deliver compliance-related training across the organisation
Coordinate Compliance and Safety meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up of actions
Support the administration and coordination of ERP training sessions and related events, facilitate risk assessments and safety reporting activities, in collaboration with the Safety Department
