Job Description:

Are you passionate about product compliance and development? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading organisation in the sector, is looking for a Compliance and Quality Administrator to join their talented team in Tonbridge.

Job Responsibility:

Own and manage the product journey
oversee sample tracking all the way through to delivery
Produce declarations of conformity, bills of material, and product risk assessments
Manage new product setups, ensuring accurate details are submitted
Assist with compliance queries and work closely with other teams in the business
Manage sample submissions and address testing failures
Stay informed on regulatory changes and update testing criteria as required
Manage the FSC auditing process for product factories, ensuring compliance at all time
Maintain the compliance document database, ensuring it is current

Requirements:

Confident user of Excel and Microsoft packages
Au fait with IT systems, inputting data
An excellent eye for detail
Able to manage a busy workload and work to tight SLAs
