Job Description:

We are looking for a Compliance Officer with 5+ years of experience to join our Legal & External Affairs Team. As part of our commitment to compliance and sustainability, you’ll play an important role in building and optimizing the compliance program which is the foundation of our business. You will work broadly within various compliance fields, including but not limited to labour law compliance and occupational health and safety.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise organisation on labour law to ensure compliance with applicable legislation
  • Set and implement global compliance policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and lead occupational health and safety assessments globally
  • Lead investigations and sanctions globally
  • Deliver employee training on the compliance program

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance with a strong focus on labour law
  • A degree in law, international business, risk management, Human Resource Management or related field
  • Hands-on experience of designing global policies and procedures
  • Experience in internal controls and investigations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong global perspective, with professional experience supporting multiple international regions and deep knowledge of Swedish employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
  • Experience in mid-sized (200–1000 employees) international organisations
  • Fluency in English, which is the working language at Haypp Group
