Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the compliance team, including managing subscriptions, organizing meetings, and processing expense claims
Administer and track purchase orders related to division contractual agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed in a timely manner
Assist in monitoring and tracking the division’s budget, ensuring that all financial records are kept up to date and compliant with relevant regulations
Monitor and follow up on the progress of various requests submitted to compliance members, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to internal processes
Support the team in ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements, assisting in the documentation and tracking of compliance activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another related field
2+ years of experience in a company secretarial, governance, or compliance role within a corporate setting
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with SAP is a plus
High attention to detail, self-driven, results-oriented and action-focused
Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement
Very strong oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, both in Greek & English
