Job Description:

As we navigate a high-velocity transition within the Telecom and Infrastructure space, the stakes couldn't be higher. We have a solid foundation, but we need a specialist who can identify the risks others miss. We are looking for a Compliance & Controls expert who acts as the 'Guardian of Governance'—someone who can challenge the status quo, coach Product Owners, and translate complex SOX-level theory into pragmatic, daily business wins.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaboration with central Control & Compliance department and external audit parties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Controls, Risk Management, or Compliance Frameworks (e.g., COSO, ICFR, SOX environments)
  • Strong track record as a Business Controller, Compliance Consultant, or similar role
  • Proven experience in actually implementing controls in an active business environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Self-starter, independent, and delivery-focused
  • Ability to rapidly understand new organizations, processes, and systems

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Dutch
  • Experience within a Big Four firm or the Telecom/Infrastructure sector
