We are looking for a Compliance & Controls expert who acts as the 'Guardian of Governance'—someone who can challenge the status quo, coach Product Owners, and translate complex SOX-level theory into pragmatic, daily business wins.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in actually implementing controls in an active business environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Self-starter, independent, and delivery-focused
  • Ability to rapidly understand new organizations, processes, and systems

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Dutch
  • Experience within a Big Four firm or the Telecom/Infrastructure sector
