Job Description:

As a Compliance and Claiming Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for Compliance and Claiming operations. You will work with multiple business stakeholders, such as Field Marketing, Budget planners, Vendor Funding Finance team and, Vendor Co-Marketing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with Compliance & Claiming team to be in sync on the Vendor Funding partner quarterly plans, quarterly operational deliverables and help achieve Dell’s claiming targets
  • Support and drive partner compliance review/approval process and claiming process, support efforts to maximize the amount of partner funding received and track compliant execution against quarterly plans
  • Perform data quality checks and follow up with Vendor Co-Marketing Ops, Marketing Ops, Finance team and Compliance & Claiming peers & managers
  • Collect Proof of Performance documentation (POP) and perform POP reviews for allocated activities. Support efforts that drive POP quality and on-time submission
  • Manage month/quarter end processes and ensure financial deliverables are strictly adhered to in a timely fashion

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of operations experience
  • Experience with project management methodology with proven record of successful process improvement, new tool implementation
  • Workfront and Salesforce tools knowledge
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a short time and deal with multiple issues simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Planning and organizational skills with the ability to work towards deadlines
  • Clear communication and essential project management skills
  • Presentation skills – experience presenting, delivering trainings/lessons learned
  • Quick learner and ability to make decisions with minimal information and dealing with ambiguity
