Compliance Analyst

• Facilitate the onboarding of various sites into the compliance management platform
• Evaluate and update regulatory compliance questions in coordination with sustainability and site operations teams
• Gather necessary documentation by collaborating with site managers and subject matter experts
• Maintain and upload compliance-related documents into designated systems and tools
• Track remediation efforts and monitor compliance health metrics to ensure timely resolution
• Assist in preparing audit documentation for quarterly Badge and Network Access reviews
• Escalate any gaps in compliance adherence to 24-hour requirements and propose solutions
• Generate status reports and update dashboards for leadership and committee reviews

• Possess 2-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, sustainability, or related fields with a focus on attention to detail
• Demonstrated familiarity with compliance management systems or governance tools
• Exhibit strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Capable of managing deadlines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional corporate environment

Preferred experience in environmental health and safety programs and regulatory audits
