The Compliance Analyst will provide essential operational support for our global data privacy program within the Enterprise Compliance Risk Management (ECRM) team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of our Subject Rights Request (SRR) process, primarily supporting the APAC and EMEA regions. You will partner closely with management to ensure that all data access and deletion requests are handled with the highest level of diligence, ensuring our data privacy framework is operational, auditable, and compliant.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end processing of Subject Rights Requests (SRRs) from intake and identity verification through to fulfillment
Work with business managers to accurately gather data relevant to SRRs
Support adherence to privacy assessment and control processes by documenting and following up on agreed actions
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, including preparing concise summaries and reports for Senior Management in ECRM
Requirements:
Diligent and detail-oriented with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable tracking actions, owners, and deadlines
Foundational educational background or entry-level experience in privacy, data protection concepts, or regulatory compliance (advantageous)
Familiarity with global privacy frameworks and experience working with European regulated companies (advantageous)
Ability to empathize with internal and external stakeholders
Skilled at gathering necessary information from business owners, data owners, and champions
Effective written communication and collaboration skills
Process-driven with motivation to refine templates and workflows
Passionate about strong privacy posture and privacy by design principles
Problem-solving investigator willing to dive into details and synthesize findings into clear documentation
Nice to have:
