We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services and a strong understanding of compliance procedures. The position requires a versatile individual capable of handling administrative tasks, updating policies, and supporting operational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with the creation, review, and updates of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide administrative support, including document updates and data organization
Analyze contracts and legal documents to extract key information and ensure accuracy
Draft and prepare loan agreements and other financial documents
Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to compile reports and presentations
Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance efforts
Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory standards
Conduct research and provide insights on compliance-related issues
Organize and manage office tasks to facilitate smooth workflow
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address compliance-related queries
Requirements:
Previous experience in financial services, with exposure to compliance and administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data management
Familiarity with PowerPoint for creating well-organized presentations
Understanding of AML and BSA regulations
Strong analytical skills to review contracts and legal documents
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Financial knowledge or background is highly preferred
