This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in risk, compliance, or governance, who is eager to broaden their skills and make a meaningful impact. You’ll support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organisation’s compliance framework while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of compliance and governance frameworks
Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and reporting
Support risk assessments and control testing activities
Help ensure regulatory obligations are identified, understood, and met
Provide general compliance advice to stakeholders and escalate issues
Contribute to policy development, procedure updates, and training materials
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in risk, compliance, governance, or a similar operational role (financial services preferred)
Foundational understanding of risk management principles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of reviewing documentation and conducting gap analyses
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain policies and procedures
