Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating and completing government regulatory and compliance documentation across multiple business units. The Compliance Analyst will support the organization in maintaining adherence to applicable regulations, policies, and procedures while ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, review, and manage regulatory and compliance documentation
  • Support compliance efforts across various business units to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations
  • Apply standard compliance concepts, practices, and procedures to daily work
  • Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of solutions
  • Perform a range of compliance-related tasks, including documentation, reporting, and audit support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • May provide guidance or direction to junior team members as needed

Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, risk, or audit-related roles
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or complex environments preferred
  • Familiarity with standard compliance concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience working within regulated environments and supporting adherence to internal policies and external regulations
  • Exposure to SOX compliance requirements strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to prepare, review, and manage compliance documentation
  • Hands-on experience with control testing, audit support, and regulatory reporting
  • Experience ensuring audit readiness and maintaining accurate, compliant records
  • Ability to apply judgment and critical thinking to complete tasks and resolve issues
  • Capable of identifying risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Comfortable communicating compliance requirements, risks, and findings
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide guidance or direction to others when needed
  • Experience leading projects or mentoring junior team members is a plus
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Comfortable handling a variety of tasks with some autonomy and flexibility
