Job Responsibility:
Oversee the compliance process for employees and new starters, managing security passes from start to finish
Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including reference and background checks, ensuring accuracy and correctness
Maintain our Compliance database daily, updating any changes as needed
Support HR-related training programs and workshops, contributing to various ad-hoc projects
Manage external stakeholders for course bookings, materials arrangement, and tracking
Assist in coordinating the Company's induction week, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
Perform data entry, record keeping, and tracking of personnel training and certification requirements
Help manage apprenticeship documentation and related administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous administration experience is essential
experience within a training team or HR environment is a bonus
Exceptional attention to detail is a must
Highly organised with an ability to prioritise your workload effectively
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 software
eagerness to learn other software programs and HRIS systems
Nice to have:
