Job Responsibility

Verify Permits: Check public registers and regulatory databases to ensure all waste transport, shipping, and disposal permits are correct
Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to review new orders, ensuring compliance requirements are met before scheduling
Client Communication: Set realistic timelines and expectations for clients while keeping internal teams in the loop
Record Management: Maintain precise records of waste movements, permits, and compliance documentation
Stay Updated: Monitor changes in environmental and transport regulations, adapting our processes as needed
Prepare for Audits: Assemble documentation for audits and inspections to ensure we are always prepared
Identify Risks: Keep an eye out for compliance risks and issues, helping to resolve them swiftly
