Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator Assistant to join our team in Windham, New Hampshire. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, while supporting the implementation of effective compliance strategies. This position offers a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and industry knowledge will contribute to mitigating risks and enhancing organizational integrity.

Job Responsibility

  • Enforce and uphold company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, legal filings, and preparation of audit reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and recommend actionable enhancements
  • Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to support the execution of a comprehensive compliance program
  • Provide staff with guidance and support on compliance-related concerns and procedures
  • Work closely with leadership to assess, investigate, and address compliance risks and issues
  • Manage and organize risk and compliance documentation to maintain accuracy and accessibility
  • Prepare and present compliance reports for both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a similar field
  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements and practices in the repossession/collections industry
  • Experience working with online risk assessment applications such as Archer
  • Attention to detail and great organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Compliance certifications that are relevant to our industry
