We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help maintain accurate compliance records in Fresno, California. Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and general office coordination
  • Receive and direct inbound calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing inquiries to the appropriate contacts
  • Maintain compliance-related files and records, ensuring documentation is organized, current, and readily accessible
  • Enter data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy while reviewing information for completeness and consistency
  • Support reception coverage by greeting visitors, handling front-desk tasks, and assisting with routine office needs
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications to support departmental operations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or similar role
