Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive Compliance & Vendor Accreditation Coordinator to take ownership of our vendor management accreditations and support the ongoing maintenance of our ISO management systems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our business fully compliant across platforms such as Constructionline, CHAS, Avetta, SafeContractor and Achilles, as well as supporting documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Completing, updating and submitting questionnaires for Constructionline, CHAS, Avetta, SafeContractor, Achilles and other client portals
  • Tracking renewal deadlines and maintaining an accurate accreditation schedule
  • Working closely with internal teams (HSEQ, HR, Finance, Operations) to gather evidence including policies, RAMS, insurance documents, training records and financials
  • Ensuring all supplier information is accurate, consistent and fully compliant
  • Keeping up to date with changing PQS requirements and advising management of any risks or updates
  • Assisting with documentation for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)
  • Preparing audit-ready records, logs and supporting evidence
  • Carrying out internal checks to ensure procedures and training remain compliant
  • Supporting external audits by preparing documentation packs and responding to auditor requests
  • Maintaining a central compliance database including certifications, insurances and training records
  • Managing document control and ensuring timely policy reviews
  • Producing compliance reports for senior management
  • Creating templates and standard documents to support submissions and audits

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a compliance, HSEQ, quality, or accreditation-focused role
  • Experience working in construction, engineering, utilities, rail, or facilities management
  • Experience completing PQQ/PQS submissions for platforms such as Constructionline, CHAS, Avetta, SafeContractor or Achilles
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries (e.g., construction, engineering, FM)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep accurate records
  • Experience maintaining databases, logs or document control systems
  • Excellent attention to detail — able to spot inconsistencies or missing information
  • Comfortable managing large volumes of documentation, certificates, policies and evidence
  • Strong version control experience and a methodical approach to paperwork and digital files
  • Highly organised and methodical
