As a Complex Solution Lead, you’ll be instrumental in driving transformational deals for our largest enterprise clients—accelerating adoption of Microsoft technologies and unlocking significant business value. Collaborate across functions to deliver innovative, multi-disciplinary solutions that shape the future of digital transformation. As a Complex Solution Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end solution throughout the lifecycle of the sales engagement and you will be the ‘face of the solution’ to the client and internal Microsoft stakeholders. You will be expected to craft solutions that connect client ambitions with Microsoft’s cutting-edge capabilities. You’ll lead the design, qualification, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions
Form the comprehensive solution design team by engaging with additional SMEs and other solution area architects
Align strategy across technical, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive solution design execution
Shape the solution by establishing scope and solution components that match client’s demand profile
Infuse innovation in complex solutions by leading with AI and industry-specific transformation initiatives with precision and impact
Build strong relationships with client C-suite and Microsoft leadership
Champion the customer voice throughout solution creation, ensuring alignment with business goals
Shape deal strategies and architectures that resonate with executive stakeholders
Partner with commercial teams to develop robust financial models that support deal viability
Ensure solutions deliver measurable value and align with client and Microsoft investment strategies
Stay engaged through the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through contract execution
Navigate complexity, remove blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of strategic deals
Present the technical and delivery solution in key discussions with internal review boards and client stakeholders
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for innovation in delivery and solution design
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to foster excellence
Contribute to the development of organizational capabilities and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years’ experience in solution architecture, consulting, delivery management, or related roles
Deep expertise in cloud/infrastructure technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise solutioning
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP, or similar are preferred
