As a Complex Solution Lead, you’ll be instrumental in driving transformational deals for our largest enterprise clients—accelerating adoption of Microsoft technologies and unlocking significant business value. Collaborate across functions to deliver innovative, multi-disciplinary solutions that shape the future of digital transformation. As a Complex Solution Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end solution throughout the lifecycle of the sales engagement and you will be the ‘face of the solution’ to the client and internal Microsoft stakeholders. You will be expected to craft solutions that connect client ambitions with Microsoft’s cutting-edge capabilities. You’ll lead the design, qualification, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in solution architecture, consulting, delivery management, or related roles
  • Deep expertise in cloud/infrastructure technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise solutioning
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP, or similar are preferred
