Job Description

The Complex Sales Strategy Consultant at T-Mobile drives enterprise growth by developing and executing long-term partnership strategies within the Direct Sales team. They orchestrate complex deal structures, ensuring seamless navigation and closure of high-value opportunities that maximize mutual benefit for T-Mobile and its partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Finance, or Related Field
  • 4-7 years Experience with System Integrators
  • 2-4 years Experience developing and executing sales initiatives driving new revenue opportunities
  • More than 10 years Experience in a sales or strategic sales support leadership role
  • Proposal Writing Experience in proposal development for large transformative or outsourcing initiatives
  • Technical Training Experience in portfolio analysis, IT application/infrastructure rationalization
  • Business Strategy Experience with transformation strategy and business cases
  • Communication Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Business Acumen Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving
  • Project Management Hands on experience leading large multi-year deals projects of at least $30M
  • Consultation Prior consulting experience and interactions with C-Level Executives
  • At least 18 years of age
