Job Responsibility:
Develops and executes long-term partnership strategies to drive enterprise growth
Orchestrates complex deal structures to ensure seamless navigation and closure of high-value opportunities
Works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements to qualify, navigate and close complex deals
Leverages financial and operational expertise to establish clear paths to closure on strategic accounts
Partners with Product Marketing to create tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each sales segment
Enhances T-Mobile’s market position by fostering sustainable, strategic relationships with key partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Finance, or Related Field
4-7 years Experience with System Integrators
2-4 years Experience developing and executing sales initiatives driving new revenue opportunities
More than 10 years Experience in a sales or strategic sales support leadership role
Proposal Writing Experience
Technical Training Experience in portfolio analysis, IT application/infrastructure rationalization
Business Strategy Experience with transformation strategy and business cases
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Business Acumen Strategic Thinking
Project Management Hands on experience leading large multi-year deals projects of at least $30M
Consultation Prior consulting experience and interactions with C-Level Executives
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
