Your role will entail driving the profitable expansion of the Southern regional renewal business amidst an ambitious growth period.   • Establishing a reputation the go to underwriter across the region
  • Consistently and profitably underwriting larger, more intricate cases
  • Collaborating effectively within a structured regional team, prioritising branch trading
  • Demonstrating self-motivation, delivering high-quality results while managing a case load independently
  • Spearheading and implementing the local underwriting strategy for your specialised area in coordination with the Regional Manager and Regional Underwriting Manager
  • Taking ownership of the target retention rate for your caseload and region, providing support as needed
  • Staying abreast of the competitive landscape, from market shifts to new product launches
