Complex Needs Support Worker

We are a dedicated agency partnering with an Ofsted‑rated Outstanding SEN school in Fishponds that delivers bespoke educational programmes and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) for children and young people with severe and complex sensory profiles, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour. The school was most recently inspected by Ofsted and rated Outstanding in all categories, recognising it as “a place where pupils feel safe, secure, and understood… a calm and orderly environment where pupils thrive.” Our mission is to support schools in reducing the risk of exclusion by offering highly specialised, therapeutic, and relationship‑centred education.
