Job Description:

A specialist SEND provision in Farnborough is seeking a Complex Needs Support Assistant to support pupils with learning difficulties, Autism and sensory needs. The school provides small class sizes and tailored support to ensure every pupil can access learning. This role begins in April 2026 with the possibility of continuing long term.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting pupils with complex learning needs
  • Assisting with classroom learning activities
  • Supporting communication and social development
  • Helping pupils build independence and confidence
  • Working alongside teachers and SEN staff

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting SEND pupils
  • DBS on the Update Service
  • Up to date safeguarding training
