Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to join our legal team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing complex legal cases, conducting in-depth research, and drafting high-quality legal documents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex, multi-party litigation and a strong understanding of procedural rules governing class actions at both the state and federal levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead or support class action lawsuits from investigation through resolution, including trial or settlement
  • Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents
  • Analyze statutes, case law, and regulations to develop strong legal arguments
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to formulate effective case strategies
  • Review discovery materials and summarize findings to support case preparation
  • Monitor and stay updated on legal trends and rulings that may affect ongoing cases
  • Prepare client deliverables, such as demand letters and settlement packages
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable outcomes
  • Utilize case management software to organize and oversee legal documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ YOE in Complex Litigation cases
  • Active WA license
  • Juris Doctorate
  • Strong writing and academic credentials
