Job Description

A mid-sized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its complex litigation practice. This role is based in Tampa but offers full remote flexibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling core aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Drafting briefs and other substantive filings
  • Supporting case strategy and client communications
  • Assisting with trial preparation

Requirements

  • Active Florida bar admission (or ability to waive in)
  • Experience with complex commercial or civil litigation
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage work independently in a remote setting
