Design develop and deploy business strategies for the Americas
Lead the hotel sales and marketing process
Develop and communicate commercial strategies and standards
Drive revenue performance analysis and forecasting
Oversee group and transient revenue streams including banquets and catering
Manage pricing strategies and market share objectives
Support and guide B2B digital marketing social media and online content teams
Lead sales and marketing optimization processes and convert outcomes into business strategies
Recruit retain and develop sales and marketing teams
Conduct performance reviews and facilitate career development
Present commercial strategies to stakeholders and ownership groups
Build relationships with community and travel partners

Requirements:
