We are seeking a talented and solutions-focused Complex Case Manager to join our Argenti care technology team supporting our partnership with Northwest London Council. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about using technology to improve lives, thrives on creative problem-solving, and excels at working collaboratively within the Argenti Partnership and with colleagues across adult and children’s social care.
Job Responsibility
Work in partnership with social care professionals
Advise and support: Guide social care practitioners in identifying and specifying needs for complex Care Technology referrals
Support specialist Care Technology installations
Champion service user outcomes
Document and share learnings
Contribute to Argenti-wide innovation and evaluation
Requirements
Experience supporting vulnerable people within a health or social care setting
Experience working with care technology or related technology solutions
Strong motivation to improve the lives of vulnerable people through innovative approaches
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to independently engage stakeholders and produce reports or materials
Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
Collaborative team player with strong partnership-working skills
Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
Enjoys problem-solving and finding creative solutions to complex challenges
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working across varied scenarios
Good analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Nice to have
Experience working with a council in an adult social care context
Hands-on experience installing or using care technology
Experience working with a monitoring organisation
