Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide care for an 18 year old adult with complex medical needs in their home in Wadhurst. This role involves deep suctioning, ventilation via Bipap and ensuring the service user’s comfort and well-being throughout day. This is a nurse led, home-based package, working closely with the child’s family and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • At least 6 months of personal care experience (home care, hospital, or care home)

  • Basic Life Support and Moving/Handling training
  • Two professional references
