Job Description:

Join us as a Complex Care Assistant and develop your skills with full training and ongoing clinical support in areas such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, moving and handling equipment, and medication administration. In this role, you’ll provide overnight support to a young child with complex care needs, including autism, learning disabilities and ADHD.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide overnight support to a young child with complex care needs
  • Monitor tracheostomy
  • Manage PEG feeds
  • Administer medication

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a complex care assistant role is not essential
  • Experience in Tracheostomy
  • Experience in PEG feeding
  • Experience in Catheter Care
  • Experience in Medication Administration
  • Experience in Moving & Handling Equipment
  • Experience with Challenging Behaviours (Autism & LD)
