Job Description:

Join a rewarding role providing 1:1 care for a young person with a spinal cord injury in their family home. You'll play a vital part in ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence, supporting them to enjoy everyday activities like reading, watching films, and listening to music.

Job Responsibility:

Providing 1:1 care for a young person with a spinal cord injury in their family home
Ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence
Supporting them to enjoy everyday activities like reading, watching films, and listening to music
Personal care, bowel management, and catheter care
Driving to appointments and outings
Supporting daily routines and interests

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle
Confident, compassionate, and reliable
Empathy and enthusiasm
Ability to build strong relationships
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
