Job Description:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a wide range of needs in their own homes. This includes supporting people with spinal injuries, neurological conditions, and respiratory needs; delivering specialist care such as PEG feeding, suction, and tracheostomy support (full training provided); assisting with medication, mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. This role is about more than care – it’s about empowering independence and creating meaningful moments every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting people with spinal injuries, neurological conditions, and respiratory needs
  • Delivering specialist care such as PEG feeding, suction, and tracheostomy support
  • Assisting with medication, mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or supporting a family member
  • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
  • A passion for making a real difference
