Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills as a Complex Care Assistant while making a genuine difference in our client's life. Working within his family home, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care and support that enables him to enjoy a fulfilling daily routine, including community outings, music, Marvel movies, and social activities. We're seeking an energetic, empathetic professional who builds strong relationships and offers calm, proactive, and attentive care. Comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support are provided to help you develop confidently in all aspects of complex care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care and support
  • Enable client to enjoy fulfilling daily routine including community outings, music, Marvel movies, and social activities
  • Ventilator management
  • Administering medication via NG tube
  • Personal care
  • Manual handling
  • Seizure management
  • Supporting social engagement

Requirements:

  • Previous complex care experience isn't essential, though ventilation experience is an advantage
  • Empathetic, enthusiastic care professional
  • Values strong relationships
  • Excellent punctuality and dependability
