Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills as a Complex Care Assistant while making a genuine difference in our client's life. Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care and support
Enable client to enjoy fulfilling daily routine including community outings, music, Marvel movies, and social activities
Ventilator management
Administering medication via NG tube
Personal care
Manual handling
Seizure management
Supporting social engagement

Requirements:

Previous complex care experience isn't essential, though ventilation experience is an advantage
Empathetic, enthusiastic care professional
Values strong relationships
Excellent punctuality and dependability
