Job Description:

Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support him to reach his full potential. The client has CHARGE syndrome and due to this the client has a multitude of impairments where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver overnight care in line with the care plan
Care of the ventilated child
PEG feeds via mini-button for medication, hydration and nutrients
Oral suctioning
Oxygen administration

Requirements:

Experience working in a complex care setting
Experience with PEG feeds and administering medication via this method
Experience with suctioning
Experience of caring for children who are non-verbal in nature, sign-supported and/or sensory communication
Car driver due to the location
Full UK licence and access to your own vehicle
