Complex Care Assistant

• Tracheostomy care and suctioning
• Ventilator monitoring and support
• Respiratory observations and escalation
• Medication support
• Personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
• Promoting independence, dignity, and safety at all times

• At least 3 months’ hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support role
• Confidence working with complex and clinical needs (tracheostomy/vent experience preferred
• training provided if not client-specific)
• A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
