Job Description:

Join us as a Complex Care Assistant and expand your skills with full training and clinical support in areas such as ventilation support, PEG feeding, catheter care, bowel management, moving and handling equipment and medication administration.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a lady with a multitude of complex care needs
Supporting with personal care (bed bath)
Moving & handling via hoist
PEG feeds for medication and nutrients
Escorting her out of the house, assisting her mobility via chair

Requirements:

Previous experience in a complex care assistant role is not essential, but experience in the following would be extremely advantageous: PEG feeding
Ventilation Support (C-Pap)
Catheter Care
Bowel Management
Medication Administration
Moving & Handling Equipment
Challenging Behaviour
