Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a lovely 13-year-old girl with cerebral palsy and learning disability in his family home. She lives with his parents, an siblings in a busy household. You will provide person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings.

Job Responsibility:

Provide person-centred care

Working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team
Moving and positioning
Some personal care

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role
